Prices
At Alpha, we take pride in offering top-quality plants at very competitive
prices. Prices are for trade and subject to change without notice. All prices
in US dollars. FOB Salem, OR.
Terms
Our terms are cash. On approved credit, payments are due and
payable within 30 days from date of invoice. Accounts not paid within terms
are subject to loss of any discount and charged interest at 1 1/2% per month
(18% per annum). New customers wishing credit should allow sufficient time
for processing of application prior to shipment, otherwise prepayment will
be requested.
Orders
Orders are subject to availability, crop conditions, errors in
count, and acts of Nature. The customer agrees that the sale shall be void
without liability to Alpha Nursery should the above or other causes beyond
our control prevent delivery. Spring orders must be picked up or delivered
by May 15, unless prior arrangements and payment have been made. A 15% restocking
fee may be charged for orders not taken by agreed upon date. Cancellations
must be submitted before December 15.
Claims
Claims must be made (in writing) within five days of receipt
of shipment. Stock subject to claim must be held for our
advice and inspection. We will not be held liable for more than the purchase
price. We are not responsible for damages.
